Win32 Release update newLISP v.10.1.2

This is update is for MS Windows only. It corrects a cut-off problem when printing to standard out. This could effect CGI processing too. Mac OS X and other UNIX versions did not display this problem.

A release update 10.1.2 for Win32 only has been posted here:
